Hideaway Singapore, located within The Trapeze Group portfolio, seeks a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage bookings and handle check-ins/outs while ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. You will assist guests with payments and product recommendations in a calm, design-forward wellness space.

The role emphasizes service excellence, clear communication, and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a boutique spa environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, booking systems and POS; spa, fitness or hospitality front desk background preferred
• Enthusiastic, warm, professional with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail, adaptability and strong teamwork

Spa Receptionist – Hideaway by The Trapeze Group

Hideaway Singapore is a modern wellness concept nestled within New Bahru. We offer a curated sanctuary of healing that combines evidence-based massage therapy, cold plunge, and sauna experiences to support recovery and renewal.

As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in, and seamless departure. If you’re passionate about service excellence and enjoy working in a calm yet dynamic setting, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle bookings
• Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
• Recommend spa services, packages, and retail products
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and support smooth daily operations

What You’ll Get:

• Earn up to 10% commission on package and retail sales
• 5-day work week with rotational shifts (weekends included)

What You Bring:

• High school graduate or college degree
• Experience in customer service, booking systems, and POS—ideally within a spa, fitness, or hospitality front desk role (preferred but not required, as training will be provided)

• Attention to detail, adaptable, and a strong team player
