Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to promote health and wellness products at our network of outlets. You will explain features, answer questions, and demonstrate products to shoppers.

You’ll work in a 6-day week, 44 hours, with a roster-based schedule, and an attractive incentive scheme. Prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, beauty, wellness, pharmacy, or health supplement sales is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging and interacting with customers in a retail environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health and wellness products to customers at retail outlets and promotional events.
• Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage to customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, roadshows, product launches, and other retail activities when required.
