Job summary

optiBPO is seeking a confident Telemarketer for its Clark City Front Office in Pampanga, Philippines. You will engage in outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introduce products, qualify leads, handle objections, and set appointments to achieve sales targets in an evening shift.

The role requires 2–4 years of telemarketing experience, excellent English communication, and CRM familiarity. Office-based role with room for growth in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer with 2–4 years of experience in outbound calling and sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can build rapport with customers, and is comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. (250 calls per week)
• Introduce products and services professionally.
