Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Telecom Project Coordination professional to coordinate projects, vendors, clients, and internal teams, rather than serving as the primary technical engineer.

The role focuses on monitoring schedules, managing vendor relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with client standards. 2–3 years of telecom coordination experience is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in telecom project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably Telecommunications Engineering.
• Project coordination and vendor management experience.
• Telecom knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excel and reporting proficiency.
• Knowledge of Civil, Power, Telecom, RF, Transport, OSP, and Wireline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, timelines, costs, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
• Follow up vendors to meet project targets and deadlines
• Handle vendor questions, clarifications, and site issues
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare project reports, site documentation, and other paperwork
• Support the Project Lead/Manager with project tracking
• Help resolve site issues while ensuring compliance with client standards
• Provide administrative and logistics support
• Handle ad-hoc/BAU tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Team Lead
