Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a Project Control Specialist to monitor schedules, budgets, and documentation across telecom projects. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare weekly progress and financial reports, maintain contracts and invoices, and support forecasting and cost control. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in project control, with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project control, document control, or telecom project support.
• Experience in telecom projects such as network rollout, tower construction, fiber deployment, or system integration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and track progress against approved timelines.
• Control and report project financial performance, including budget tracking, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, invoices, purchase orders, and technical submissions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial and progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on project status.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and billing schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation for project claims, variations, and change orders.
• Support forecasting, cost control, and resource planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain document control systems with proper versioning and archiving.
