Responsibilities

• Identify and remove barriers to successful project completion, especially with subcontractors.
• Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Generate customized reports and pivot tables including VLOOKUP.

• Serve as primary contact with external vendor representatives and consultants on project matters.
• Handle all correspondence between general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
