Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in telecom, managed services, or related industries.
• Supervisory, team leadership, or people management experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project and field operations to ensure deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, QA, Operations, clients, and field personnel to monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor team productivity, efficiency, manpower requirements, and project targets; implement action plans for performance gaps.
• Address personnel concerns, attendance, prioritization, urgent activities, and other operational matters while promoting accountability and compliance.
• Validate project accomplishments and supporting documentation for billing and ensure required reports are complete and accurate.
• Attend client meetings and operational reviews, provide project updates, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead the preparation of PRB and client-facing presentations, translating KPIs into executive insights.
• Drive reporting automation and dashboard development using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
• Analyze performance gaps, churn drivers, outage trends, and other indicators to identify root causes and recommendations.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards, data-quality controls, deadlines, and report-freeze requirements.
• Coordinate with Billing and Operations to analyze KPI impact on billing deductions and penalties.
• Guide the reporting/analytics team to ensure timely delivery of reports.
