Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a senior Learning Curriculum Leader to drive strategy, governance, and end‑to‑end design of telecom training programs.

You will define standards, templates, and methodologies for a diverse design team and partner with operations, delivery, quality, and client teams. You will manage instructional designers and eLearning developers, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and brand, while tracking performance and guiding improvements

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodology (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
• Excellent written communication and content‑development skills.
• Effective interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Expert PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, strategy, and governance of the learning curriculum for the telecom account.
• Define instructional standards, templates, and methodologies for the design team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design of courses, learning paths, and certification programs.
• Work with operations, training delivery, quality, and client teams to identify learning needs.
• Manage instructional designers and eLearning developers, assigning workload and priorities.
• Ensure training content aligns with operational goals, performance gaps, and telecom policies.
• Review and approve course designs, storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Track curriculum performance and recommend improvements using data and learner feedback.
• Ensure training meets compliance, regulatory, and brand requirements.
• Provide executive‑level updates on curriculum roadmap, progress, and risks.
