Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in telecom/construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent skills in creating and implementing detailed project plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentoring and leading a team of construction professionals to drive project success.
