Job summary

JAYA GUNA LANCAR (JGL) INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage deployment and activities of rental teams for Telecom/Wireless projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to standards.

You will coordinate site mobilization, track progress, prepare deployment plans, and liaise with Team Leaders, technicians, and project management to deliver on targets. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ECE or EE.
• Experience in Telecom/Wireless/RAN projects.
• Experience coordinating field/subcontractor teams.
• Knowledge of telecom site deployment workflows.
• Proficient in reporting and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of rental teams and prepare deployment plans (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, team movement, and project targets.
• Liaise with Team Leaders, technicians, drivers, and field personnel to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee site status from mobilization to installation, integration, verification, and closing.
• Follow up with teams for daily updates, photos, and site reports; consolidate accomplishments and submit regular updates.
• Coordinate schedules, access, permits, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Track team attendance, deployment status, and productivity; identify delays or manpower constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure submission of required project documents and adherence to safety and procedural standards.
• Communicate with Huawei and project management teams regarding site requirements and status.
