Job summary

Hummingcomm Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a Project Manager to lead telecom network deployments and related initiatives from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

You will monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver final documentation and handover. Travel to project sites and occasional extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience managing telecom network deployment, fiber optic infrastructure, wireless network, or tower construction projects.
• Familiarity with telecommunications regulations, permitting processes, and contractor management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; Cebu-based project/open to relocation; extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunications projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities involving clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks, issues, and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve project documentation, reports, change requests, and deliverables.
• Ensure proper project closure, including final documentation, handover, and post-project evaluation.
