Job summary

ACOM Consumer Finance Corporation is seeking dedicated individuals for our tele-collections team in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will conduct delinquent account collections via phone, SMS, and email, validate debtor information, and develop repayment plans aligned with customers' financial situations.

You will prepare reports on collection activities and ensure ethical call practices in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Preferably with tele-collections experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of skip tracing and information validation.
• Familiar with ethical collection call strategies.
• Adept in using loan/collection software.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional negotiation skills and ability to handle debt settlement discussions effectively.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
• Can start immediately.
