Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a Team Manager, Collections in Metro Manila to lead a team of Collection Specialists, drive recovery targets, and ensure policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collections management, strong leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with collection software and MS Office. Collaboration with Sales, Finance and Legal is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in collections management with proven success.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collection software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Collection Specialists.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Implement collection strategies to maximize recovery and minimize bad debt.
• Monitor collection data and identify trends for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Prepare and present regular collection performance reports.
• Identify process improvements and technology solutions.
