Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the Training department at the Clark site. You will oversee program delivery responsive to client and operational needs, and work closely with client relations, HR, and operations to ensure high-quality training outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years in Training, a minimum 1 year as Training Supervisor (Telco experience preferred), and openness to night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Training field.
• Training Supervisor experience of 1 year or more; Telco experience preferred.
• OD background is an advantage.
• Willing to work at VXI Clark site and in night shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Training department activities and ensure programs meet individual, operational, and client needs.
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
• Receive client Training instructions and implement necessary programs.
• Update and send Training reports to client on progress, evaluation, and audit results.
• Lead ramp-up and capacity planning, manage timelines, headcount, logistics, and deliverables.
• Coordinate calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistent performance standards.
• Develop long-term Training strategy and process improvements.
• Execute decisions based on pass/fail thresholds and training funnel data.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Client Relations to achieve learning goals.
• Manage and develop team through assessments, coaching, and consultations.
• Evaluate staff performance with proper documentation and reviews.
• Conduct departmental meetings to discuss issues and project updates.
• Enforce discipline and document infractions via Incident Reports.
