• Prepare and submit comprehensive permit applications to relevant government agencies and local authorities
• Liaise with property owners, municipal offices and regulatory bodies to negotiate site agreements and obtain necessary approvals
• Monitor permit application status and follow up with authorities to ensure timely processing and approval
• Compile and maintain detailed documentation of all permits, licences and site agreements
• Ensure all acquired sites comply with environmental, zoning and telecommunications regulations
• Coordinate with project teams to provide site information and permit status updates
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for potential infrastructure locations
• Manage relationships with local government units (LGUs) and securing clearances from various departments
• Prepare reports and presentations on site acquisition progress and permitting timelines
