Summary
Provide technical assistance by answering questions and resolving problems on the organization’s computer hardware, software systems, applications software, network, printers, and all other computer related problems. Generate reports and integrate sources through automation for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities.
General Responsibilities
- Installs, configures, and upgrades new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network system.
- Attends customer inquiries, diagnoses problems, and provides solutions remotely and/or on‑site.
- Escalates requests, especially pertaining to network connections, to the appropriate party as needed.
- Coordinates user access for staff to the United States team.
- Provides operational support for the organization’s information systems and peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
- Takes on projects delegated by line manager.
- Assists the Senior IT Specialist in organizing, planning the daily IT operations and shift coverage.
- Serves as an SME supporting inquiries from fellow IT coordinators.
- Might be assigned or rotated across related sub‑functions within the IT department.
- Other duties as assigned.
IT Infrastructure
- Installs, configures, and upgrades new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems.
- Diagnoses network problems and provides solutions remotely and/or on‑site.
- Escalates issues and requests pertaining to network connections to the appropriate party.
- Coordinates with ENOS and WINTEL US team.
- Onboards user printer access from IT service requests.
- Provides operational support for the organization’s information and network systems such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
- Attends regular meetings and handles documentation and guidelines of printer access and deletion.
- Assists with network, firewall, and print server management inquiries.
- Maintains and supports audio and visual equipment within the existing network environment.
- Coordinates and performs vulnerability remediation based on “Beyond Support Vulnerability Diagnostics”.
- Ensures SLA compliance for uptime (24‑hour response, TBD‑hour resolution).
- Test environment is secondary to production environment.
Vulnerability Specialist
- Monitors vulnerability alerts and informs the support team if a machine loses connectivity or experiences an error scenario.
- Coordinates and performs vulnerability remediation and system hardening to mitigate CVEs.
- Diagnoses and resolves connectivity or OS issues, including vulnerabilities.
- Coordinates software upgrade releases as directed by partners.
- Ensures SLA compliance (24‑hour response, x‑hour resolution).
- Test environment is secondary to production environment.
- Might be assigned or rotated across related sub‑functions within the IT department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the related field.
- For Vulnerability Specialists: solid understanding of IT security technologies and 2‑3 years direct experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- 1+ year working in an IT related field and 2+ years in an information security related field.
- IT infrastructure knowledge in printer server management (advantage but not required).
- Fortinet firewall, CompTIA Network+ and CCNA certification.
- Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to communicate risk to leadership.
- Independent to initiate, follow‑up, and ensure completion of tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and focus on clarity of remediation efforts.
- Can‑do attitude, team player who works well under pressure and with dispersed groups worldwide.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent judgment, and passion for continuous learning.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow or other platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Amenable to work on‑site.

Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+.
- ITIL, IT operations, project methodology, and tools knowledge.
- CISP and/or CISM certification (plus but not required).
- Knowledge of JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Aternity.
- Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Mac and Windows troubleshooting.
