Job summary

Blackfort Consulting, Inc. is seeking a technical leader to define and maintain technology standards and best practices across domains.

You will serve as the go-to expert for the assigned technology domain, guiding design and implementation for engineering teams and helping solve complex challenges. You will develop reusable libraries, templates, and accelerators, standardizing API patterns, UI components, and data pipelines, while collaborating with platform architecture and quality teams to

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with platform architecture, productivity engineering, and quality teams to align on architecture patterns, integrate tools and frameworks, and ensure strong testability and quality practices.
• Work closely with domain engineers (e.g., SRE, Security) to embed reliability and security standards across solutions.
• Support the Technical Capability Manager by: providing input into skill frameworks, contributing to training materials or workshops, and mentoring engineers within the domain.

• Develop and promote reusable libraries, templates, and accelerators.
