Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks an experienced Application Support Engineer to design and deliver technology architecture for platforms and to resolve issues in critical business systems. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal operation of applications and provide expert guidance across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will act as SME, lead the team in decisions, and help move imaging from on‑premise to cloud‑native management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and hybrid environments.
• Proven expertise in managing Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Experience moving from on-premise imaging to cloud-native management.

Responsibilities

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with collaboration, problem-solving, and decision‑making as you work with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Professional & Technical Skills

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune.


• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SCCM and Microsoft 365.


• Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.


• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.


• Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions and their integration with on‑premises systems.


• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement necessary changes.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.


• This position is based at our Manila office.


• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
