Zinnia is a leading technology platform accelerating life and annuities growth. We seek a Techno-functional Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive product initiatives, manage integrations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions.

You will guide the full product lifecycle, perform market and ROI analyses, identify gaps, and work with engineering on API integrations to improve customer experiences and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data interfaces, networks, and operating systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in BFSI industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute product lifecycle processes from research to launch.
• Analyze market trends and ROI for partnerships.
• Identify gaps and drive growth through new ideas.
• Collaborate with engineering to design API integrations.
• Document incidents and resolutions for long‑term fixes.
