Job summary

Zinnia is seeking a Techno-functional Product Manager for Life Insurance and Annuity domains. You will drive product initiatives, manage integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will oversee research, market analysis, and roadmap development to grow market share and improve customer experience. Strong communication and API/SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with 5+ years’ work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Life Insurance or Annuity domain.
• Good technical understanding of Product Development Lifecycle with API integrations and SQL.
• Strong communication and relationship management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle activities from research to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development.
• Analyze ROI, build vs. buy, and explore partnerships.
• Understand existing systems and identify product gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering on API integrations and deployments.
• Manage delivery dates for releases and maintenance updates.
• Document impact, incidents, and preventative measures.
