Job summary

CodeRound seeks a senior cross-functional leader to own the end-to-end pre-policy medical journey and drive API integrations with 20+ insurers. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while optimizing workflows and KPIs.

You will translate complex business needs into technical specs, collaborate with engineering on API design, and lead sprint planning to ensure timely delivery across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-policy medical journey across insurers.
• Manage integrations with 20+ insurance companies via APIs.
• Drive new product features to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Act as single point of contact for insurers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate a team of ~8 developers for scalable solutions.
• Resolve real-time operational challenges and speed up workflows.
• Define and track KPIs for TAT, success rates, partner experience, system reliability.
• Translate business requirements into PRDs, APIs, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design and system architecture.
• Drive execution across insurers, vendors, ops, and internal teams.
• Lead sprint planning and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple external partners.
• Continuously identify process gaps and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end pre-policy medical journey(doctor consultations, reports, medical checks) across insurers.
• Manage integrations with 20+ insurance companies and external vendors via APIs.
• Drivenew product features and use cases to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as the single point of contact for insurers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate a team of~8 developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Solvereal-time operational challenges and ensure faster turnaround across workflows.
• Define and track KPIs around TAT, success rates, partner experience, and system reliability.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specs (PRDs, APIs, workflows).
• Work closely with engineering teams on API design, integrations, and system architecture discussions.
