Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills with experience in field trial data interpretation and scientific communication.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary agronomic authority for the Commercial team and provide product knowledge for hybrid field crop products.
• Lead agronomic capability building for the Zone Business team and conduct trainings for field teams.
• Drive agrotechnology transfer and up-skilling of grower-facing teams on NPIs, POTs, and agronomic service platforms.
• Support Grower teams in establishing Learning Centers and foster collaboration between Agronomy and Commercial teams.
• Provide expert guidance on complex agronomic issues and strategies to optimize field crop performance.
