Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
- 2+ years in technical agronomy, product development, or technical marketing in seed or crop protection.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in field trial data interpretation and scientific communication.
- Travel requirements: >70% within geographical scope.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex agronomic concepts into actionable insights for the Commercial team.
- Serve as agronomic authority for hybrid field crop products and provide expertise on product knowledge.
- Lead capability building and training for field teams on agronomic performance and NPIs/POTs.
- Collaborate across R&D, Product Development, and Commercial to integrate new products and technologies.
- Analyze field performance data to inform product positioning and agronomic recommendations.
