Job summary

Syngenta Group in the Philippines seeks an Agronomy & Technical Services Lead to translate complex agronomic concepts into actionable insights, boosting the commercial team's effectiveness and customer success through improved crop productivity.

As a techno-commercial SME, you will drive agrotechnology transfer, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, product development, and sales, while traveling >70% within the country.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
2+ years in technical agronomy, product development, or technical marketing in the seed or crop protection industry.
Strong analytical skills with experience in field trial data interpretation and scientific communication.
Ability to translate/articulate technical insights into commercial messaging.
Willingness to travel >70% within geographical scope.

Responsibilities

Translate complex agronomic concepts into actionable insights to boost commercial effectiveness.
Provide comprehensive agronomy and product knowledge for hybrid field crops.
Lead agrotechnology transfer and capability building for field teams.
