Job summary

ams OSRAM's LSP unit is seeking a hands-on technician to support equipment in the test and packaging lines. You will troubleshoot hardware issues, assist with yield problems, and ensure that production runs meet quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; graduates in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or technical courses are encouraged to apply, with experience on Tape and Reel equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a Technical Course.
• Experience with Test Tape and Reel Equipment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• First line of defense in repairing equipment and addressing test yield and vision yield issues following OCAP.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify downtime causes, and ensure machine uptime meets department standards.

• First line of defense in repairing and fixing problems related to equipment, test yield and vision yield following Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
• Responsible for equipment performance, test and vision yield sustenance. Provide support for production and other support group.
• Monitors’ equipment performance verifies causes of downtime and ensures that machine uptime is always within or above the standard set by the department.

• Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Technical Course
• With experience on Test Tape and Reel Equipment.
• Fresh Graduate or with minimum experience are welcome.
