Job summary

ams OSRAM's LSP unit is seeking a Senior Test Product Engineer with 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing to drive test quality improvements. You will analyze and resolve complex yield issues, support NPI test readiness, and mentor engineers as a technical escalation point.

Based in Laguna, Philippines, you will work on Final Test and Wafer Sort processes using LTX X-Series and DiamondX testers, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize test cycles and documentation.

Qualifications

• Root-cause analysis of test yields and issues.
• Data-driven methodologies to identify improvements.
• Define and enforce test process standards and documentation.
• Experience with NPI test readiness, characterization, and ramp.
• Experience supporting audits with technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues. Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
• Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes
• Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp
• Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
• Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 7 Years Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing in a Test Product engineering role or equivalent position
• With experience on both Final Test and Wafer Sort test processes, LTX X-Series and DiamondX testers
• Knowledgeable in Digital and Mixed Signal test Methodologies
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt , 8D, FMEA is an advantage
