Job summary

RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods, Inc. seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery across facilities. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime and preserve product quality. Requires 1 year of industrial operations experience and TESDA NC II; duties include workshop upkeep and tool care.

Work location is Barangay Manibaug Paralaya, Porac, Pampanga, Philippines, joining a hands-on manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• College or vocational graduate in Electrical/Electronic course.
• At least 1 year experience in Industrial Operations Field.
• TESDA NC II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance servicing (PMS) on all production equipment across buildings.
• Check, repair and validate malfunctioning machines as reported to helpdesk.
• Provide emergency repairs to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Monitor electrical systems including lighting and power equipment inside buildings.
• Maintain, clean and service tools and workshop equipment used in duties.

Conducts repair and Preventive Maintenance Servicing of all production machine and equipment on each production building, checking of actual equipment, to prevent or reduce equipment from sudden breakdowns and prevent production delay that can cause product spoilage. Monitors, checks and conduct repairs of all electrical equipment (lightings, power sprays and etc.) inside production building.

• PMS of all Production Equipment on each production building
• Checks, repair and validate malfunctioning production machines/equipment as reported on helpdesk
• Emergency repair of breakdown production machine and equipment
• Monitoring of lightings, power sprays and other electrical equipment inside production bldg.
• Maintains workshops; clean, maintains and service tools and equipment’s used in performance of duties

Qualifications:

• College Graduate/Vocational Graduate – Electrical, Electronic Course
• At least 1 year experience in Industrial Operations Field
• With TESDA Cert. NC II
