Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. is seeking a Production/Machine Technician for on-site work in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. You will maintain production machines, perform preventative and predictive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability across the facility.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, a Vocational or 2-year diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology, and hands-on skills with hand and electrical tools. Willing to overtime and to work on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Production or Machine Technician.
• Vocational or 2-year short course related to the applied position.
• Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
• Knowledge in electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Willing to render overtime and to work on shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned at Meycauayan City, Bulacan (stay out)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all production machines and equipment are always in good condition and performed efficiently.
• Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Do repair of all mechanical, electrical and structural problems of company’s property.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspect belts, checks fluid level, replaces filters, greases bearing, etc.
• Installs electrical wiring, new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
• Clean, inspect and do repair of boiler, compressor, air conditioning unit, generator set and other mechanical equipment and machines of the building.
