Job summary

Leslie Corporation in Laguna hires a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on snack food manufacturing equipment and to troubleshoot issues promptly. You will collaborate with the maintenance team to uphold equipment efficiency and food safety standards, while maintaining records of performance and inventory, and supporting upgrades and installations.

The role requires a 2- or 4-year degree in Electromechanics Technology or related field, and willingness to work six days a week,

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2- or 4-year degree in Electromechanics Technology or related field.
• Technical training or certification in equipment maintenance preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with repair tools and testers.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime.
• Willing to report daily in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance tasks on snack food manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to promptly address equipment malfunctions, minimizing production downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and work collaboratively with the maintenance team to uphold equipment efficiency and food safety standards.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment performance and parts inventory.
• Comply with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Support the maintenance team in equipment installations, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Work with Maintenance Engineers to identify areas for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a 2- or 4-year degree in Electromechanics Technology or Industrial Technology (major in Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive), or similar academic program

• Technical training or certification in equipment maintenance is highly preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage, but not required

• Knowledgeable in basic machine troubleshooting (electrical/mechanical)

• Handled various testers and other mechanical tools

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, six (6) days a week

• Willing to work during weekends, holidays, and render overtime

• Willing to report daily in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
