Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a writer or content manager.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
• Clear and concise writing tailored to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruction manuals, journal articles, learning content and other documents.
• Develop, gather and disseminate technical information for customers and designers.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, SMEs, product experts and support teams.
• Revise documents as new issues arise and standardize content across media.
