Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, implement, and champion training programs that directly impact equipment uptime, manufacturing safety, and overall process reliability in our advanced semiconductor environment.

You will develop technical curricula, manage certification and recertification processes, perform training needs analyses with engineering and maintenance teams, coordinate internal and external courses, and ensure IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related field.
Experience designing and delivering technical training in manufacturing or semiconductor settings.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, prepare, and deliver technical skills training courses and lesson plans.
Manage certification and recertification programs for technical staff.
Perform training needs analyses with engineering and maintenance teams.
Coordinate internal and external technical training courses.
Ensure IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 alignment and audit readiness.
Track, report, and document training histories and certifications.
Counsel and mentor new hires undergoing technical training.
