Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, implement, and deliver technical training that improves equipment uptime, safety, and process reliability in a regulated semiconductor environment. You will manage certification and competency programs with engineering and maintenance teams, assess training needs, coordinate internal and external courses, ensure IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance, and provide detailed trainee reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in engineering, education or HR.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training.
• Ability to translate complex procedures into simple learning steps.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate technical training courses and modules.
• Maintain certification and recertification programs for technicians.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to identify training needs.
• Coordinate internal and external training courses and audits.
• Ensure training complies with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Track progress and generate training history and reports.
• Provide onboarding guidance and mentorship to new hires.
