You will develop curriculum, manage certification, conduct needs analyses with engineering and maintenance teams, and coordinate internal and external courses, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training curriculum in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Ability to create exams, assessments, and certification programs for technical staff.
• Strong understanding of training compliance and documentation requirements under quality systems like IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and coaching skills for diverse technical groups.
• High attention to detail to maintain thorough training histories and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design, prepare, and deliver technical training courses and lesson plans.
• Certification & Competency Governance: Manage certification programs and create/update exams.
• Needs Assessment & Collaboration: Work with engineering and maintenance teams on training needs analyses.
• External & Internal Course Coordination: Source and organize internal and external training.
• Compliance & IATF Alignment: Ensure training processes comply with IATF 16949 and quality standards.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records for audits.
• Onboarding & Mentorship: Counsel new hires undergoing technical training.
