Job summary

Hino Motors Philippines Corporation seeks an instructional designer to create and update technical training modules for engines, electrical systems, chassis, and transmissions, delivering hands-on sessions at the HMP training center.

You will prepare manuals, presentations, and assessments, and coordinate with Service and Technical Departments to integrate certification programs and skills contests.

Responsibilities

• Design and update technical training modules and materials on Hino products (Engine, electrical, chassis, transmission, etc.).
• Prepare technical manuals, presentations, hands-on activity guides, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom and practical training for dealer technicians at HMP training center or dealer sites.
• Support implementation of Hino technician certification program and skills contest.
• Coordinate with Service and Technical Departments on technical issues for inclusion in future training
• Prepare training setups and ensure safety protocols are followed during hands-on sessions.
