Responsibilities

Conducts technical training programs for Isuzu dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to guarantee excellent customer vehicle operation.
Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates effectiveness through assessments and observations, with intervention plans as needed.
Communicates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop accurate and up-to-date training materials.
Explores innovative methods and platforms for implementing training programs.
Manages training costs and ensures efficient use of company resources.
