Job summary

Integrated OS in the Philippines seeks a Technical Support specialist to deliver accurate customer-focused assistance via phone, email, and remote access. The role covers security systems and professional audio support, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and documentation.

Work involves a hybrid setup at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa, with schedule 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT, supporting Sydney and Perth operations when required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical support within AV, security electronics, IT networking or related field.
• Disciplined troubleshooting approach with methodical problem isolation.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, static addressing, PoE, switches and VLAN basics.
• Ability to interpret datasheets, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, quick-start guides and manuals.
• Clear written and spoken communication and reliable customer updates.
• Strong ownership and time management in handling cases.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and triage across installation, setup, compatibility and troubleshooting inquiries.
• Provide Level 1 security systems support for CCTV, intercom and alarm products.
• Support Level 1 professional audio products, including amps, speakers and DSPs.
• Escalate unresolved cases with structured handover and maintain knowledge base.
• Track service measures and contribute to continuous improvement.
