Neksjob Corporation in Taguig is seeking Technical Support Representatives for a Telco account. You will assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide accurate service information.

This onsite, full‑time role requires good English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts in McKinley, Taguig City.

Experience with Telco accounts is a plus. Salary up to ₱29,000 per month, onsite setup, with shift work.

Formación

• At least 6 months of technical support experience.
• Preferably with Telco account experience.
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
