Neksjob Corporation is seeking technically skilled Technical Support Representatives for a Telco account in McKinley, Taguig City. You will assist customers with telecom-related technical concerns, troubleshoot internet issues, and provide accurate service information while delivering excellent customer support.

The role requires onsite work in McKinley, Taguig City, with shifts and a salary up to ₱29,000 per month.

Formación

• At least 6 months of technical support experience.
• Preferably with Telco account experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades
