Miranda HR in Pasig invites applications for a Technical Support Representative (NON VOICE & VOICE ACCOUNT) on-site. You will provide technical support for customers via non-voice and voice channels, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions and resolutions in the system.

We welcome 0–2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends may be required.
