Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer in Dasmariñas, Cavite. You will install and configure hardware and software, perform troubleshooting, and provide timely technical support to clients, building strong relationships to resolve issues professionally.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or IT), with a year of relevant experience, and willingness to work onsite.

Competenze

Graduate with BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, IT or related field.
Licensed ECE/EE is a plus.
At least 1 year of working experience as Service Engineer or Technical Engineer.
Familiar with Building Technology Systems, CCTVs, door access, PAVA and FDAS.

POSITION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Should establish a relationship with the client and address the concerns of the clients in a way that is professional and positive.
Must be accommodating, well-spoken and ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry.
Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software products.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of hardware products.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on repairs.
Provide technical support to customers.
Provide timely response for any service issues and requests.
Must have background in doing preventive maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System and other Auxiliary and Security products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and any related field.
Licensed ECE /EE is a PLUS.
With at least 1 year of working experience as Service Engineer, Technical Engineer or any related field.
Must be familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
