Job summary

Bosch Philippines is seeking an IT Helpdesk specialist to provide end-user support and incident management in Manila. You will handle calls and emails, document issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.

Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting, Windows OS updates, firewall configuration, and license management, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions to ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments and network security (firewalls).
• Advanced Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Experience with ERP or ticketing systems such as SAP, Zendesk, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support inquiries via phone, email and ticketing portals within SLAs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, installations, and reported issues.
• Investigate recurring technical issues to improve system reliability.
• Perform remote troubleshooting including Windows updates and firewall configurations.
• Manage hardware device health and software licensing.
• Create and update helpdesk incidents through their lifecycle.
