Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Professional, Technical Support to join our Sales Journey team. The role covers email and customer interactions, primarily account activation and onboarding, with coordination across sellers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in BPO, especially in activation/onboarding and renewals, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Night shift with back-up morning shift is possible.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (with at least 5 years functional experience)
• Experience: 3-4 years BPO experience with Account Activation/Account Setup, Customer/Reseller Onboarding, Renewals, Customer Service or related roles
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred

This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions, particularly within the tech industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding
• Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing
• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience

• Willing to work on shifting schedule (fixed night shift with possibility of shifting to morning for back up purposes) and 10 days RTO/monthly (2 consecutive weeks)
