Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Professional, Technical Support to join our Sales Journey team. You will handle email and customer interactions for activation and onboarding, coordinating with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

The role requires BPO experience, strong Excel reporting skills, and excellent English communication. You’ll work days and nights on a shifting schedule with monthly RTO expectations, contributing to revenue and customer

Qualifications

College graduate or equivalent, with 5 years relevant experience.
At least 4 years of BPO experience in onboarding, renewals, or customer service.
Background in supply chain or IT distribution preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good to average English communication skills.
Willing to work shifting schedule (days and nights) with 10 days RTO per month.

Responsibilities

Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding
Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support
Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing
Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience
