This role supports both email and customer interactions, focusing on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support or experience in sales-related functions, particularly within the tech industry.**Job Responsibilities:*** Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding* Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support* Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing* Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals* Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience**Qualifications:*** College graduate of any course; or High School Diploma (but should have at least 5 years functional experience)* Mut have at least 4 years BPO experience with Onboarding new customers, Renewals, Customer Service, or other related roles* Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred* Experienced with MS Excel for reporting and tracking* Strong time management and organizational skills* Average to Good English communication skills* Willing to work on shifting schedule (APAC and EU) and 10 days RTO/monthly#LI-Hybrid
