Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Vocational or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience providing technical support including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience in supporting auxiliary and electrical systems (e.g., CCTV, FDAS, access control, BMS).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, label, and maintain structured cabling systems (copper, fiber, racks, patch panels).
• Support auxiliary systems such as CCTV, access control, PA, and related low-current systems.
• Perform fault isolation, cable testing, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with cabling standards, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Complete tasks according to project timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation (as-built drawings, test results, reports).
• Follow company policies, procedures, and site regulations.
• Proactively identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Communicate clearly with users, vendors, and project teams.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer-focused support.

Job description

I. PURPOSE

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of auxiliary systems and structured cabling infrastructure to ensure reliable network connectivity and system availability, in alignment with TGI competencies.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, test, label, and maintain structured cabling systems (copper, fiber, racks, patch panels)
• Support auxiliary systems such as CCTV, access control, PA, and related low-current systems
• Perform fault isolation, cable testing, and basic network troubleshooting

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education
