Job summary

Zoho Corporation's ManageEngine division is seeking a technical solutions consultant in Manila/NCR. You will act as in-country IT solutions evangelist across operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks, engaging with IT managers and engineers.

You will conduct product demonstrations, address technical queries, work with multiple ManageEngine products, and organize workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in IT industry.
• Proficient in English and at least one local language at business level.
• Strong background in ITSM, desktop/server management and networks.
• Willing to learn new software products and explore technical details.
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with product teams.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a candidate who can serve as a technical solutions consultant for our IT management software suite—an in-country expert who will work closely with both partners and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as an evangelist for IT solutions across key areas such as operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks.


• Engage with customers (IT Managers, Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable ManageEngine products, working closely with Account Managers.


• Conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.


• Work across multiple IT management products from ManageEngine.


• Develop expertise in areas such as Desktop Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Cloud (public and private) Management.


• Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events—both online and in person.


• Travel to customer locations as required.

Requirements:

• Must be residing in the NCR/Manila area.


• Proficient in English and at least one local language at a professional/business level.


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.


• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in ITSM solutions, desktop/server management, and network administration.


• Interest in learning new software products and exploring technical details.


• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple product teams.


• Experience in data center operations, enterprise LAN networks, or Windows environments is a plus.


• ITIL v3 Foundation, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
