Job summary

Sunwave Communications is seeking a technical sales engineer to articulate DAS and 5G private network solutions to CTOs and RF engineers across Europe, delivering demos and PoCs to win deals on technical credibility.

You will collaborate with European ODM/OEM partners to define custom product requirements, own pre-sales activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ, PoCs), and enable channel partners while supporting business expansion across EMEA and travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Telecom/Electronic/RF) — technical background is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of DAS, 4G/5G RAN, Small Cells or wireless coverage.
• 8+ years in telecom in technical, pre-sales, or technical-sales roles; track record selling into operators.
• ODM/OEM or customized product development experience; fluent English; Spanish a plus; willing to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Present and demo DAS and 5G private network solutions to technical buyers.
• Define customized product requirements with European ODM/OEM customers, from feasibility to commercial agreement.
• Own pre-sales: RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, PoC trials, and on-site technical validation.
• Recruit and enable channel partners (SI, VAR, MSP); shape EMEA sales strategy and hit annual targets.
• Provide field feedback to R&D; support EU ODM expansion and opportunities across regions.
