We are looking for an experienced Technical Situation Manager / Enterprise Data Center Engineer to support the design, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of enterprise data center and network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco Nexus technologies, F5 BIG-IP load balancing, data center networking, routing and switching, network security, and advanced troubleshooting. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, security, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure.
Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise data center network infrastructure.
Manage and support Cisco Nexus platforms, including N7K, N9K, N5K, and N2K/FEX.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP load balancers, including Virtual Servers, Pools, iRules, SSL profiles, and certificate management.
Implement and support SSL offloading and other network security best practices.
Perform packet capture, traffic analysis, and network troubleshooting using tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark.
Troubleshoot and support advanced data center networking technologies, including vPC, FabricPath, VXLAN, and LACP port-channels.
Design and maintain data center network architectures, including CLOS, Three-Tier, and Collapsed Core topologies.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, including STP, ARP, DHCP, HSRP, and VRRP.
Configure and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS.
Support virtualized, software-defined, and automated network environments, including Cisco ACI, SD-Access, and cloud networking technologies.
Implement and maintain LAN and network security controls, including 802.1X, DDoS mitigation, DHCP spoofing prevention, and other access security measures.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Juniper EX and QFX switching platforms, as needed.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve complex technical incidents.
Participate in incident management and provide technical support during critical or high-impact infrastructure issues.
Create and maintain accurate documentation for network designs, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise and data center networking principles.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms.
Strong experience with F5 BIG-IP technologies, including iRules, Virtual Servers, Pools, SSL, and certificate management.
Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols.
Experience with data center fabric technologies such as VXLAN, vPC, FabricPath, and LACP.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS.
Experience troubleshooting network protocols such as STP, ARP, DHCP, HSRP, and VRRP.
Familiarity with Linux fundamentals and network troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark.
Knowledge of network security technologies and practices, including 802.1X, DDoS mitigation, and DHCP security.
Familiarity with network virtualization, automation, SDN, Cisco ACI, SD-Access, and cloud networking.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise data center engineering, network engineering, or network operations.
Strong hands-on experience supporting complex and large-scale enterprise network environments.
Relevant certifications are preferred, such as:
CCNP Data Center or higher
F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS)
Experience managing and supporting large-scale enterprise or data center environments.
Hands-on experience with both Cisco Nexus and Juniper EX/QFX platforms.
Experience with network automation and orchestration tools.
Exposure to hybrid cloud environments, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and cloud networking.
Experience supporting high-availability and mission-critical infrastructure.
Familiarity with incident management and working in a technical situation or major incident management environment.
