Job summary

2GO Group Inc. seeks a seasoned maintenance leader to oversee the repair and upkeep of refrigerated and ISO tank containers, gensets, dry vans, chassis, and container handling equipment.

You will ensure high availability, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with operations and service providers. The role requires 5+ years in shipping or related industries, with a strong background in equipment repair, inventory management, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years shipping or related industry experience.
• Engineering licensure and marine container certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repair of reefer/ISO tank containers, gensets, CHE, and related equipment to ensure availability.
• Oversee rescue repair services and claims management for malfunctioning containers and equipment.
• Coordinate container allocation based on inventory to support bookings with operations and customer service.
• Maintain Steam Boiler and Water Treatment Facility in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure spare parts availability and proper inventory control.
• Coordinate CHE maintenance with service providers and contractors.
• Review and approve repair estimates per company policy and budget.
• Provide after-sales technical support and liaison with VisMin branches.

You'llensure the reliability, availability, and performance of criticalcontainerand handling equipment by leading the repair and maintenance of refrigerated andisotankcontainers, generator sets, dry vans, chassis, and container handling equipment. Bymaintaininghigh technical standards and equipment readiness,you'llsupport safe, efficient operations and deliver high-quality service to both internal teams and external customers.

Whatyou'lldo

Manage and supervise Reefer andISO tankcontainer, Genset and CHE maintenance and repair activities in accordance to set quality standards - Equipment Availability

Facilitate, supervise and ensure completion of any rescue repair services for malfunctioning containers and equipment - Claims Management

Allocate container based on available inventory to serve booking requirements in coordination with operations and customer service - Containerutilizationand turnaround

Manage the operation and maintenance of Steam Boiler and Water Treatment Facility in compliance to regulation -Compliance to regulations,Utilizationand availability

Coordinate and ensure availability of spare parts, materials,tollsand repairequipmentincludinginventoryand safekeeping - Repair production

Ensure CHE availability including coordination with service provider and contractors for CHE maintenance and repair activity - CY Utilization and CHE availability

Generates,reviewsand approves Repair Estimates of equipment based on company's approval hierarchy and matrix - Budget attainment

Provide after sales technical support to Customers - Equipment Availability

Coordinate and provide Technical related support toVisMinbranch - Equipment Availability

Participate and comply onbudgetingactivities including complete andtimelysubmission - Service quality improvement

Implement Company policies and code of conduct including HSE policy - Admin cases

Conduct periodic performance appraisal to direct reports - PMS compliance

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management orotherrelated field

ProfessionalExperience

Minimum5 yearswork experience in Shipping Industry or related industry.
