Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Batangas on-site is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a maintenance team responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations. You will oversee daily work, review CMMS work orders, and drive quality service for client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safety program enforcement, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance oversight, inventory control, and clear communication

Qualificações

• Experience leading maintenance teams in facilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage PM programs.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership and Supervision: Directly manages a team of maintenance technicians, HVAC technicians, and trades specialists, handling scheduling, priorities and performance feedback.
• Maintenance Operations Management: Oversees day-to-day maintenance across facilities, prioritizes work orders, and ensures preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Acts as escalation point for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and building equipment issues; guides repairs.
• Safety Program Implementation: Enforces safety policies, conducts training, investigates incidents, and ensures PPE adherence per manufacturer guidelines.
• Contractor and Vendor Coordination: Manages external contractors, coordinating access, permits and QA, and reviews invoices.
• Preventive Maintenance Program Oversight: Reviews PM completion, addresses backlogs, and refines PM schedules with engineering input.
• Inventory and Parts Management: Controls stock levels, approves parts requisitions, and coordinates with procurement.
• Building Systems Knowledge and Operation: Maintains understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and envelope systems; ensures reliability and occupant comfort.
• Communication and Reporting: Provides status updates to facilities management and client meetings; documents incidents and actions.
